First major concert in 1970 – Simon and Garfunkel at the Royal Albert Hall. 

Hitchhiked to London from Manchester with pal Ken and slept on Euston Station concourse for a night. 

Since then, the Isle of Wight concert in 1970 (The Doors, Hendrix, The Who, Taste, Tony Joe White and Melanie to name only a few). 

Memorable gigs followed at University and since then with pals Andy and Graham include:
